OUR COMPANY Urban Fixx is a local company founded in Sydney to support Strata Management companies requiring professional services to manage general building maintenance and window child safety services complying with NSW legislation. We draw on a wealth of experience and expertise in strata building repairs, improvements, project management and operations.

OUR CLIENTS are the major Strata Management organisations operating throughout Sydney. We understand not all Strata communities are the same and we work hard to ensure we provide tailored services to meet our clients’ needs. We work with strata managers, agents and residents to provide positive outcomes for all involved with minimum disruption.

OUR FOCUS is to make our clients’ life easier and minimise their activity required for strata maintenance and window child safety.
